Try It Before You Buy It!
It’s simple! Purchase any fixture from Flex Lighting Solutions and take 90 days to evaluate its performance. If you’re satisfied, simply pay your invoice. If not, simply request a RMA#, return the fixture(s) and you will not be charged.
- Contact your Regional Sales Manager or email@example.com for a quote and confirmation of the correct part number(s).
- Email your Purchase Order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please indicate SAMPLE in your line item description.
- If you have a credit line established, you’ll receive confirmation of your order and be provided an estimated ship date.
- If you don’t have a credit line established, you’ll be asked to submit a credit application prior to your order being processed. Please allow an extra 48-72 hours to process.
- Upon shipment, you’ll receive an invoice with net 90 day terms. You’ll have 90 days to submit payment to the address listed on the invoice.
- We’re confident you’re going to love our fixtures; however, should you wish to return them for any reason, please follow the procedures below.
- Within 90 calendar days of your ship date, please email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Within 7 calendar days of receiving your RMA#, please package your sample fixture(s) with appropriate packing material to protect it during transit and ship to the address provided with your RMA#.
- Upon receiving your undamaged sample fixture(s), we will issue you a credit against your original invoice.
